Alsim Simulateurs est un leader mondial dans la conception et la fabrication de simulateurs de vol destinés à la formation des pilotes de ligne. Basée au Loroux-Bottereau (44), près de Nantes, Alsim exporte 85% de ses produits à travers le monde. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Clientèle pour soutenir la commercialisation et la gestion des contrats de maintenance et des services après-vente.
Description du poste :
En tant que Assistant(e) Commerciale/Chargé(e) de Clientèle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien de la commercialisation des contrats de maintenance et des services associés.
Vous serez un appui commercial dans le développement et la gestion de nos contrats de maintenance. Vous interviendrez pour optimiser la relation avec nos clients existants, participer à la prospection de nouveaux contrats et accompagner le développement des services après-vente et la structuration des offres.
Vous jouerez également un rôle essentiel dans la gestion et la fidélisation de notre base de clients, étant un interlocuteur clé pour nos clients existants, en charge du suivi commercial des contrats de maintenance et des services associés.
Vous apporterez un soutien à l’équipe Services dans la préparation des supports et la gestion des actions visant à garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.
