Alsim is a company with 25 years of experience and a team of almost 50 employees, with +300 qualified simulators operated worldwide. Due to continued growth and demand in the North America, as well as Latin America, Alsim will begin producing many of its simulator products in the United States (U.S.) starting in mid-2019. Alsim’s new facility, to be based in the eastern U.S., will ensure quicker production and installation of its simulators with more American components. In addition to hardware assembly, the staff at the location will provide enhanced technical services and help develop software. The facility will also maintain a spare parts stockpile, if needed.
Inside Sales position overview (US based)
Inside Sales Coordinator is to work in partnership with the sales and business development in order to help maintain relationships with customers who may be existing or new. The candidate should be able and willing to prospect new business through phone calls, courtesy calls for maintaining sales, provide quotes and quote follow up to the external sales to assist them in closing the sale. The Coordinator is also responsible to have the ability to provide a prospect or customer with product knowledge and assist customers with product selection. A Coordinator is the first contact for prospects and customers and will have the ability to be compassionate to their needs.
External Sales overview (US based)
This position requires a high degree of interpersonal interaction with different levels of personnel, influencers, business owners and final decision makers, so you should be comfortable approaching and establishing rapport with new and varied personalities. There is a lot of competition in this niche segment, so you should have a competitive nature, and a desire to win. You must be self-winding, and take personal initiative to make things happen. You will be provided with sales, marketing, technical and operational support along with management guidance, given the tools necessary, and the flexibility and creativity to close deals.
