Flight Trainer Maintenance

Our after sales department's 'one call' policy and high rate of availability, ensures a quick response to any technical needs.

Alsim's After Sales Services include:

  • Unlimited telephone 'hot line' help desk with highly skilled technicians.
    (Mon-Fri)
  • A remote maintenance system: All Alsim trainer's are equipped with a modem. This allows our technicians to work on the trainer without concern over access because of distance. The computer architecture of the trainers allows almost any problem to be solved with this system.
  • Choice Of: Maintenance Training -or- Annual On-Site Preventative Maintenance by one of Alsim's technicians.
  • Instructor station database quarterly update.
  • Spare parts stock at 50% of Alsim's list price.
