Following their AL200 MCC purchase a few months ago, two FTO school's operators from MARTINAIR and UAB PILOTU came to our headquarters in Nantes, France on May 11th., and 12th., for FTD technical training,
The operators attended a two day training seminar taught by Samuel Guillou (on the left side of the photo).
Samuel, one of Alsim's after sales technician's, worked with the operators to ensure they obtained the necessary product knowledge to handle the everyday running of the trainers. Technical training is based on two topics: Theory and Practice. In Theory: trainees learn the detailed internal makeup of the simulator which includes: software and electrical and mechanical indications. Once the operators completely understand the simulator mechanism's they practice on the simulator while Alsim's technicians make sure they have assimilated the data and understand the process.
This two day seminar ensures operators can handle the trainers with ease, and gives them the independence they need for their day to day operations.
Alsim puts a lot of effort into this training because it lays the foundation for efficient remote maintenance.
