LATC in Malaysia choose Alsim
26 October 2004

The training organization LATC (recently renamed HM Aerospace) based in Malaysia, on the island of Langkawi has recently ordered an AL200-DA42.

LATC chose Alsim after conducting a survey in Europe and many testimonials from Alsim's customers. This important training academy was selected to train the cadets of Malaysian Airlines in 2004. Their training is based on 16 new single engine DA40 aircraft and 2 twin engine DA42 aircraft manufactured by Diamond Aircraft, both equipped with dual G1000 from Garmin.
The AL200-DA42 trainer is an exact replica of the Diamond DA42 aircraft and will be used to train 120 students a year. A usage of 2500 hours a year, on the Alsim's device, is planned. This contract is the first delivery of an Alsim device in Asia.
