The ALX was inaugurated and officially launched on 6th June.
The event was attended by various players from the aviation industry, among them instructors, operators, technicians, partners and investors. Some of the very first ALX users were there to share their experience, including Capt. Salim Azazi of Mideast Aviation Academy and Nassima Hamza of Ayla Aviation Academy.
Others, such as Graeme Ogilvie of Global Training Solutions and Willy Gruhier of Ges’air Formation, spoke on topics closely related to the ALX: MPL and Very Light Jets.
The member of parliament for Loire-Atlantique, Serge Poignant, was also present to encourage Alsim’s initiative and officialise the launch with a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony.

True to form, Alsim highlighted the festive aspect of the occasion by inviting guests to discover regional culinary and cultural specialities. The day provided an excellent opportunity for visitors to see everything the new simulator has to offer and to meet and talk with its designers and users.
